These terms govern your use of TryThisTime, the web application at app.trythistime.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
The Service
TryThisTime helps you find affiliate offers, produce short-form content for them, publish that content to social accounts you connect, and track the results. Features that act on third-party platforms work only after you connect those accounts and only within the permissions you grant.
Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation after we review an access request. We may decline or close requests at our discretion.
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Workspace owners and admins control who has access and what each role may do.
Your content and responsibilities
- You keep ownership of the content you create or publish with the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and publish it on your instructions.
- You are responsible for what is published from your workspace, including that it is truthful, properly discloses affiliate relationships (for example with #ad), and complies with the law and with the rules of each platform and affiliate program — including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You must review AI-generated content before approving it. Generated content can contain mistakes, and you must label realistic AI-generated content where a platform requires it.
- You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and only publish content you have the rights to. Do not use the Service to copy other creators' content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to spam or artificially inflate engagement; to access accounts you are not authorised to use; or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
Third-party services
Connected platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram and affiliate networks) are governed by their own terms, including TikTok's Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation, and each affiliate program's rules on links and disclosures. The Service does not add its own branding, watermarks or links to the content you publish. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your content or account, or the commissions they report or pay.
Fees
Paid plans, if any, are described when you subscribe. Usage costs shown in the Service (such as AI and media production) are estimates unless stated otherwise.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee earnings, commissions, reach or uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email before they take effect.
